He belongs solely to my MCD ZaneReeseChan AU, so technically Reese is also his father, but his biological parents are (a redeemed) Zane and (a divorced) Madame Ashida. In my AU, Reese is also the youngest Meif’wa Prince of Tu’la, and married to both Zane and Madame Ashida, so technically by marriage… this poor boy is the heir to both the O’khasis and the Tu’la thrones. i was thinking of more head canons all day at school bc of asher- lol

-His favorite color is red(bc of Kai lol)

-when he was younger he liked punk/metal music but as he grew older he grew out of it and now likes more indie/soft type of songs

-Darklys never taught him how to read, write, do math, or just basic knowledge

-But what he did learn at darklys was how to pick a lock, pitpoket, and a few other villianish things

-Nya was the first one in the team that lloyd became friends with

-Kai was the last one he became freinds with, and that wasn't until the volcano

-He has a green thumb and can revive any plant from the dead, ANY.

-During the merge he learned how to cook and bake

-Knows how to play the drums and guitar, but he doesn't do it often because it's so loud

-Him and Brad secretly dated for a few months before telling the others

-Ik the FSM said he wouldn't remember, but he does sometimes wonder what would of happened if he went with the FSM at the end of season 10

-He has a love hate relationship with physical touch, he only wants it from people who he trusts or knows personally

-Loves taking walks out in nature, always goes with Zane though

-He doesn't like to be alone, unless he's in a mood. But even then he doesn't entirely wanna be alone but he doesn't wanna be with others either and have to socialize

-He likes it when Brad gives him pet names(or just other ppl- but like Brad gives him more sweet ones)

-He dies over praises, they give him too much life

-Kai teases him about Brad and he gets insanely red(even more so before they got together)

This is a post no mom ever wants to have to make but if I’ve ever needed my prayer warriors to come together it’s now. Our precious Asher Zane was born 03/12/24 at 9:14pm weighing 8lbs 9oz & 19 1/2 inches long. When he came out his oxygen was staying around 70 so they took him to the nursery to put him on oxygen. He stayed in the nursery all night and was eventually weaned off this morning around 9. Since then his oxygen has thankfully stayed up on its own. Today while the doctor made his rounds he made the decision to do a CT scan due to the swelling on the left side of his head. Our sweet boy has a brain bleed and is about to be flown to Children’s to meet with a neuro team. I know my God performs miracles every day and I just pray for the hands taking care of my baby. I know he can heal my son!! If you are the praying type, please please pray for Asher’s healing. 💔

So, I actually talked about this in my rebuttal to r/systemscringe talking points.

I'm mostly going to talk about DID systems here, because there's not really much research on fictives in other sorts of systems. But I think a lot of this will apply just as well to other systems.

The idea that fictive-heavy systems are invalid is a popular talking point I've seen, with people having only or mostly fictives often being an excuse to fakeclaim them.

The thing is, while it's hard to find fictives mentioned much in the academic literature itself, one thing that I found is that when they are mentioned, the systems tend to actually be fictive-heavy. This account below describes how one system's alters appeared to be mostly based on Lord of the Rings, while another's were sourced from The Tempest.

In The Haunted Self, written in 2005, they discuss a patient whose alters were all Star Trek fictives.

So this actually seems to be a pretty common theme across the literature. Not just that fictives exist, but that systems with fictives have a tendency to be all or mostly fictives.

And it kind of makes sense.

If the brain can do something once, it can do it again. And it probably will become habitual over time. When you introject your first fictive, that will make it easier to introject a second, which would make it easier to introject a third and so on and so on.

Fictive heavy systems then really shouldn't come as a surprise or seem all that abnormal.

And again, while these are about DID, everything I've said should also apply to non-disordered systems, at least those with psychological origins, just as well.

Someone please draw my OC (This Includes My Headcanon #1)

My OC's name is Arcturus, but he prefers being called Arc.

He has ice-blue-white wings, a night fury tail that is also ice-blue-white, ice-blue-white ears, and deep ice-blue blue eyes. He has dull dark gray horns that are somewhere between Oni horns and Dragon horns. His hands are clawish (Like his hands look normal but they have all the claw abilities and all). Otherwise, he looks human with white hair, wearing white stuff because somewhere along his bloodline there's an Ice dragon.

So this is an AU where there are more Oni-Dragon-Human hybrids, but the FSM fam is one of a kind, they're also Elementals but they stay low profile... But the ninja-elemental clan has no qualms about taking in orphans or runaways or rescuing kids that are mistreated (kidnapping in extreme cases, like abuse), no exceptions, all species. Including Dragoni pups.

in this AU, Some Dragoni go through this thing called the Oni phase- where their Oni blood controls them, and they are more aggressive in short bursts for some time, the length of time and when in a Dragoni's life -or if it even happens to them- varies from Dragoni to Dragoni.

Arc's father, Azymondias (I stole that from the Dragon Pince, sue me) looks just like him but with bigger wings, those claws-talon things at the wing joint like some dragons, Oni horns, a spiked tail, darker blue eyes, silver-blue scales that run down from his hair in a straight line to between his eyebrows, Oni fangs, and he's really big.

Arc has two older brothers, Adam, six years older than him, who is completely their father's spitting image except he has dragon horns and teeth, and a rare Oni tail.

His other brother is Asher four years older than him, who looks exactly like Arc except his scales are brown his eyes are purple (Oni trait) and he has Oni horns.

When Arc was born was around the time Azym went into the Oni phase. thanks to this, he horridly abused his youngest son, Arcturus, while his two other sons, Adam, and Asher, could just watch.

But one day, when Arc was almost 4, his father was, well, chasing him, and this other Dragoni-Elemental, who was a younger Garmadon, crashed into Azym, and started trying to fight him off, away from Arc, while another Dragoni-Elemental, a younger Wu, grabbed Arc and flew while Garmadon unsuccessfully tried to get Adam and Asher.

Arc was pretty badly hurt, and by the time Garmadon and Wu got him back to their clan's hideout, the monastery, he was barely alive.... but somehow, he lived.

Now, there was another young ninja at the monastery- Zayde, Ice ninja, the one who later chose Zane. Zayde (Zay for short) was just three years older than Arc. He saw when Wu and Garmadon brought Arc in and hung around the room he was in before sneaking in once the adults left. He and Arc got pretty close, so Zay's father, Zack, took Arc in.

Arc trained to be a ninja and learned Spinjitzu (because why not)

He and Zay got to the point of referring to each other as their brother, Zay will actively call Arcturus his little brother.

Nowadays Arc lives on a mountain near the monastery and generally just helps with training and is a friend. He’s pretty close to the six.

I will or already have released a poll on whether i should have Arc run back into his reformed father and brothers, and have them reconcile. Here is the link to the poll

So we're a ninjago fictive heavy system (Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane, Lloyd and Nya) and then our host Asher.

We're trying to think of fun things to do together but are drawing blanks, so the question is:

For me personally as a part, I’m always trying to get other parts to bake with me! They can observe or offer suggestions or even try to do some of the baking steps in cofront! It’s one of my favorite ways to bond with my alters :3
